Once installed, you will see the reviews that guests have left for other hosts.
Typically, a host can only see the reviews that the host has left for the guest, with no insight into the guest's own review of that stay.
With AirReview, you can see what guests have liked and hated about their previous bookings.
Using this tool helps understand the person coming to stay at your property better & helps you customize your hospitality.
How to use this Guest Screening feature?
Install the AirReview Chrome Extension & sign up or log in.

⚠️ You need to be logged into Airbnb to see a guest's profile.
You should see the guest's review of other hosts show up like this:

To review your own upcoming guests, go to your Airbnb messaging inbox https://www.airbnb.com/hosting/messages/
Open up a messaging thread with a guest.
Within a guest message thread, you'll see the "Reservation details" section on the right & the Guest's profile picture.
Click the Guest's profile picture on the right.

The guest's profile should open up in a new tab and the reviews will show up like this image
⚠️If the guest profile doesn’t open in a new tab by default:
Right-click the guest's profile photo and select “Open in a new tab”, or
Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) while clicking the guest's profile photo
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Ensure you’re using a laptop/desktop computer. Chrome extensions do not work on mobile phones or tablets
Use a Chrome/Chromium-based Browser - AirReview is optimized for Chrome or Chromium-based browsers (such as Microsoft Edge or Brave).
