We’re sad to hear you no longer want to partner with us, but we understand. You can cancel anytime from the Billing Portal. This guide shows you the steps and what to expect.
A few things to note
Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. You’ll continue to have access until your current billing cycle ends.
Your account becomes inactive when billing ends. Your data and settings are retained even after cancellation.
Tracking stops when your account is inactive. RankBreeze will no longer actively track or collect data for your listings when your account becomes inactive.
Deleting listings does not cancel your subscription. Removing listings from your account is not the same as canceling your plan.
Billing is managed in the Billing Portal. To view or manage your billing details, go to your account’s Billing Portal
How to Pause/Cancel Your Subscription
Head over to your billing portal:

Click "Close my account," again to complete your cancellation.
ℹ️ Access after cancellation
Canceling does not immediately remove access. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period, and the in-app notification shows your exact end date.
Cancellation Confirmation
After you confirm cancellation:
Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
A confirmation notification will appear in the app showing the date your subscription will end.
You will also receive a confirmation email at the end of your billing period.

Undoing a Cancellation
If you change your mind before your subscription ends:
Click Resubscribe in the notification bar at the top of the app.
You'll be redirected to the billing portal to reactivate your subscription.
Deleting Your Account
Use this option only if you no longer wish to use Rankbreeze and want all data removed.
Steps
Cancel your account
Send an account deletion request to [email protected] from your registered email.
Reminders
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
We can only delete cancelled accounts with no outstanding balance.
