Yes, you need an active software subscription for the duration of the service because we use the software to record and track the updates. The subscription is not included in the service price.

Yes, the listing(s) must be active in your Rankbreeze account during optimization because we use this to record and track the updates.
How do you access my listing?

We reference your publicly listed page for the first phase. When it’s time to upload your optimized title and description, we’ll ask you to add [email protected] as a co-host.
Will I be able to review the optimized content before it’s uploaded?

Yes — we’ll send you the first set of deliverables in a Google Doc for review first. We only upload the approved title and description.

The service runs in two phases:
Phase 1 (Optimized Listing Description): 10–15 business days
Phase 2 (Engagement Campaigns): About 3 weeks
When will I see results?
When will I see results?
Because this is SEO-based optimization, results take time. Most changes impact visibility gradually as Airbnb’s algorithm re-indexes and tests your updated listing. You may start to see movement within a few weeks, but meaningful results typically take longer and vary by market and season.

Yes — if you’d like a refresh later on, you can purchase a tune-up service. Tune-ups are available for listings we’ve optimized before, after at least 3 months.
Tune-ups are intended for small updates and refinements — not major changes. If your listing has changed significantly (for example, a new layout, a new positioning, or a full rewrite), we’ll usually recommend a new Listing Optimization Service instead.

The optimization service is a one-time payment. Pricing is per listing, not per property or building.
Examples:
1 property with 1 parent and 1 child listing = 2 listings
3 apartments in 1 building with separate listings = 3 listings
A separate Rankbreeze software subscription is required during the service.

No, the Rankbreeze software subscription is billed separately and is not included in the optimization fee.
Guarantees, Refunds & Policies

No, we don’t guarantee specific rankings, or booking results, since those depend on Airbnb’s algorithm, pricing, market conditions, and seasonality.
However, we do offer a 60-day guarantee on the delivery and quality of the service. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 60 days of receiving the first deliverable so we can review your case.

It means you’re protected if something goes wrong with the delivery or quality of the service. If you’re unhappy, just reach out within 60 days, and we’ll look into it and work with you on a solution.
We can’t promise specific results because Airbnb’s algorithm and the market are outside our control — but we do stand behind the work we deliver.

If there is an issue with the delivery or quality of the service, please contact us within 60 days of receiving the first deliverable so we can review your case under our guarantee.

Yes, you can request cancellation at any time by contacting us immediately. Refunds, depend on how far the project has progressed and what has already been delivered. We’ll review each request individually and in line with our policy.
