How to Connect Rankbreeze to Claude, ChatGPT, and Other AI Tools with the Rankbreeze MCP

Learn how to connect the Rankbreeze MCP to Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI tools so you can ask questions about your Airbnb pricing, content, reviews, and performance in plain language.

Overview

The Rankbreeze MCP (Model Context Protocol) connects your Rankbreeze account to AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask questions about your Airbnb listings and get answers pulled directly from your live Rankbreeze data — no exporting, no switching tabs, no digging through dashboards.

Once connected, you can ask things like "Scan all my listings and tell me which ones need help" or "What are my top 5 highest-urgency price changes this week?" and get an answer grounded in your actual pricing, content, reviews, and performance data.

The Rankbreeze MCP is read-only. Connecting an AI tool lets it look up and analyze your data — it can't change your prices, edit your listing, or modify your account.

How to Connect the Rankbreeze MCP

Prefer to watch? Here's the full walkthrough:

  1. Log in to your Rankbreeze account and, in the left sidebar, click Settings.

  2. Under MCP Credentials, open MCP Access.

  3. In the Remote MCP section, click Copy URL to copy a unique Remote MCP Server URL

💡 Click + Add URL to create a separate MCP connection for each AI tool you use
This lets you name and manage each tool's access independently, and revoke one without affecting the others, using the Reset URL or delete icon in the Remote MCP table.

  4. Go to your AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP-compatible tool)

    1. Open ConnectorsAdd Custom Connector

    2. Paste the unique Remote MCP Server URL you copied.

  5. Name the connector (for example, "Rankbreeze") and save.

If the connection is successful, your AI tool will confirm that Rankbreeze is connected and list the available tools.

What You Can Do with the Rankbreeze MCP

The Rankbreeze MCP gives your AI tool 15 tools covering your full listing picture — who you are, what you own, how you're doing, what's changed, and what to fix next.

Identity & Inventory

  • Your Rankbreeze profile — user ID, email, name, and listing count

  • Your listings — title, URL, location, rating, and status for every listing in your account

Pricing

  • Your listing's pricing — daily prices, minimum nights, and availability

  • Competitor pricing — the same data for your Competitor set, so you can compare your rates to similar listings

  • Price recommendations — your top 30 highest-priority pricing moves over the next 180 days, with the market factors behind each

Content

  • Your listing's content — title, description, amenities, policies, property details, ratings, review count, photos

  • Competitor content — the same fields for competitor listings

Reviews

  • Your guest reviews — reviewer, rating, text, tags, and date

  • Competitor reviews — the same, for competitor listings

Performance & Rankings

  • Booking-funnel summary — average ranking, first-page impressions, click-through rate, views, wishlists, booking rate, and conversion rate, with benchmark comparisons against similar listings

  • Granular listing metrics — daily snapshots for first-page impressions, click-through rate, page views, booking rate, conversion rate, average daily rate (ADR), booking lead time, and occupancy rate. Each snapshot can include bookings and activity from future months, not just that day — useful for tracking trends on a listing over time.

  • Search rankings — your Airbnb search position by date, search page, and guest count

  • Change history — a log of tracked changes to your listing and their before/after performance impact

Good to know:

  • Performance data is imported daily from your Airbnb Performance page.

  • Revenue and review counts on the Metrics Board aren't in the MCP yet — check the dashboard for those.

⚠️ Connect your Airbnb account for real performance data

  • If your Airbnb Hosting account isn't connected, performance tools still return a result — but every field comes back as 0. That means "not tracked," not "no activity."

  • Search rankings aren't affected — those are gathered independently by searching Airbnb directly.

Optimization

  • Optimization Hub recommendations — photo fixes, title/description rewrites, amenity gaps, policy suggestions, keywords, and review-driven insights

Example Questions to Ask

  • "Which of my listings has the lowest booking rate, and why?"

  • "What price changes should I make this week, ranked by urgency?"

  • "How does my downtown listing's description compare to my top competitor's?"

  • "Summarize my last 10 reviews — any recurring complaints?"

  • "Show me my search ranking trend for the last 30 days."

💡 The more specific your question, the more useful the answer. Naming a listing or date range helps your AI tool pull the right data.

FAQs

What is the Rankbreeze MCP?

The Rankbreeze MCP is a connection that lets AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT access your Rankbreeze data — pricing, content, reviews, and performance — so you can ask questions and get answers in plain language instead of navigating dashboards.

Which AI tools can I connect to Rankbreeze?

Any AI tool that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors, including Claude and ChatGPT, can connect to Rankbreeze.

Can an AI tool change my prices or listing content through the MCP?

No. Every Rankbreeze MCP tool is read-only. Connecting an AI tool lets it look up and analyze your data, but it cannot make changes to your prices, listing content, or account settings.

Why does my AI tool show 0% for booking rate or impressions on one of my listings?

This usually means that listing isn't connected to Airbnb through Rankbreeze's Airbnb Integration. Performance fields return as 0 for unconnected listings rather than being left out, so a 0% booking rate typically means "not tracked yet," not "no bookings." Connect the listing's Airbnb Hosting account in Rankbreeze to start seeing real numbers within about 24 hours.

Do I need a specific Rankbreeze plan to use the MCP?

No — the Rankbreeze MCP is available on all listing plans.

Can I disconnect the Rankbreeze MCP later?

Yes. Go to Settings → MCP Access → Remote MCP, find the URL you want to remove, and click the delete (trash) icon next to it. If you just want to rotate the URL without fully disconnecting, use Reset URL instead — this invalidates the old URL and generates a new one, so you'll need to update it in your AI tool.
