🧭 How to Create & Share Your Report
Follow these 3 simple steps to create your report
Step 1: Access the Report Builder
Open a listing in your Rankbreeze dashboard
Click the Shareable Reports icon (

Step 2: Customize Your Report
Choose Your Report Date:
Pick a date, and the report will display a snapshot of your metrics for that day.
Green dates = Full report with all metrics, available through your Airbnb integration
Other available dates = Rankings only
👉 Connect your Airbnb account to see impressions, CTR, booking rates, and conversion rates metrics in your reports.
Brand Your Report:
Add a custom report name at the top
Upload your own logo to replace the Rank Breeze branding
Choose between background styles: "Futuristic Blue" or "Soft Gray"
(Optional) Show Change History:
The “Change Tracker” is disabled by default for general reporting.
For internal or specialized reports, you can enable it to include detailed listing updates—such as rating changes or content edits—directly in your report.

Keep this off unless you want to share behind-the-scenes details.

Step 3: Preview & Share
Click "Create and Share" to generate and preview your report
Copy the Report URL
Share the link anywhere: email it to owners, post on Facebook, or send to potential clients
💡 The report opens as a public page that anyone can view—no login required. Perfect for quick sharing!
📚 Managing Your Reports
Review Past Reports: Click "Past Reports" to view every report created for that listing.
Edit reports: Click the Edit icon (✏️), make your changes, then click "Update and Share" to save and distribute the updated version.
Switch Between Listings: Use the listing switcher to quickly move between properties and view past reports or create new ones.

Q: How do I see listing changes in my report?
A: Enable the Change Tracker to display listing updates (star rating, title, cover photo, and more). These appear as vertical red dotted lines in the city rankings chart and can be hovered over for details.
Q: Can I edit a report after I create it?
A: Yes. You can edit a report from the "Past Reports" page. Click the edit tool (
) make the necessary changes then click "Update and Share"
Q: Why are some dates green?
A: Green dates indicate when a complete set of data was collected. Gaps may occur if your Airbnb account got disconnected.
Q: Is my report data updated in real-time?
A: No. Each report is a snapshot from the specific date you select, showing exactly how metrics looked on that day.
Q: Who can see my shared reports?
A: Anyone with the link can view the report—no Rank Breeze account needed. Share thoughtfully!
Q: Can I delete a report once it's created?
A: Yes. You can delete the report on the "Past Reports" page.
Q: What if my listing is brand new?
A: Reports are only available starting from the date your listing was added to Rankbreeze. New listings will have limited historical data initially.
Q: Can I brand reports with my own logo?
Absolutely! Upload your logo to replace the Rankbreeze logo.

Rankings, first-page impressions, click-through rate, booking rate, conversion rate, and listing change records.
Q: Do I need special permissions to create reports?
A: No. All Rankbreeze users can create Shareable Reports for any active listing in their Rankbreeze account.
