The Listing Optimization Service equips your listing with a strong SEO foundation designed to improve your search performance over time. While high rankings aren’t instant, this foundational work sets the stage for sustained growth and better visibility.
The project is split into 2 phases.
Phase 1 - Optimization of Listing Description
Phase 2 - Engagement Campaigns
PHASE 1: OPTIMIZATION OF LISTING DESCRIPTION
In this phase, we use keywords from top ranking listings to create an Optimized Listing description based off your existing description, photos, details in your form and additional research.
Timeline & The Queue
Work is processed in our active queue on a first-come, first-served basis. The following timelines apply to each individual listing:
Research: Property type, market, target guests, and keyword identification
Writing: Drafting your optimized title and description.
Design & QA: Finalizing copy and preparing enhanced photo collages.
Note: Total turnaround is approximately 10 business days. We will notify you as soon as we receive your listing and move it into the "Research" stage.
Delivery & Implementation
Review: We send your optimized draft and photos via email or Google Doc.
Feedback: You review the copy and request any necessary brand adjustments.
Upload: Once approved, the Rankbreeze team handles the upload of your optimized title & description to your Airbnb account for you.
PHASE 2 - Engagement Campaigns
After uploading, we will then run 3 engagement campaigns roughly 1 week apart:
A Wishlisting campaign
A Click-through-rate campaign
A Time-on-page campaign
During this phase, we record our campaigns in your A/B Test section and send you a final report upon completion.
