Overview
The Optimization Report is Rankbreeze's section-by-section, graded breakdown of your listing's health. For each part of your listing — from photos to reviews — it assigns a letter grade, flags the key issues, and gives you prioritized recommendations to improve your visibility, engagement, and bookings.

What's In the Report
Section grades — a row of letter-grade chips, one per section, ordered worst-first so you immediately see your biggest opportunities. Click any chip to jump straight to that section's recommendations.
Section cards — detailed recommendation cards for each section, shown in the same worst-to-best order.
Tip: Start with the chip on the far left — that's always your biggest opportunity.
How Grading Works
Every section is graded on an A–F scale.
An A means no action is needed.
A B or below means there's room to improve, and the report will surface specific recommendations for that section.
A dash (—) means the section couldn't be evaluated yet — usually because the data isn't available. It fills in automatically once that information is ready.
If you see a dash instead of a grade, no action is needed on your end — Rankbreeze will fill it in automatically once your listing data is available.
Sections We Grade
Photos — rewards high-quality images that clearly show your amenities, a view, and a modern, well-kept interior.
Title — strongest when it names a key selling point plus a location hook or nearby point of interest.
Description — strongest when it's thorough and well-structured, with clear subsections, calls to action, and review highlights.
Amenities — strongest with a rich, complete list that includes the amenities most tied to ranking and conversion.
Policy & Settings — looks at Instant Book, cancellation flexibility, pet policy, check-in/check-out competitiveness, and whether your exact location is shown.
Host Profile — strongest with a profile photo, a summary, a high response rate, fast response time, and a low cancellation rate.
OTA Badges — strongest when you hold both Superhost and Guest Favorite.
Review Scores — strongest with a high overall rating, consistently high sub-ratings, and a solid number of reviews.
Recommendations, Confidence, and Impact
For each section that isn't already passing, the report gives you specific recommendations along with a confidence level and an estimated impact — a realistic sense of how much each change is likely to help your bookings.
Focus on high-confidence, high-impact recommendations first — they're the fastest path to a better grade.
How to Generate or Regenerate Your Report
Click the Generate Suggestions button.
While it's working, you'll see a "Generating suggestions… this may take a few minutes" message.
The report refreshes automatically when it's ready, and you'll get a notification.
Note: Your first report is produced from your listing content as soon as it's available — the remaining sections fill in automatically as they're ready.
