Review a suggestion in Rankbreeze, edit it if you'd like, and click Push to Airbnb. Rankbreeze updates your listing for you. It's the fastest way to turn a smart recommendation into a live improvement, so your listing starts working harder for visibility and bookings right away.
Your Airbnb account must be connected to Rankbreeze to use Content Push. Rankbreeze checks your connection automatically before every push.
What You Can Push to Airbnb
Content Push covers your listing text, photo captions, and photo order for the first 10 photos. All of it is available in the Optimization Hub.

How to Push an Update to Airbnb Step by Step
Clicking Push to Airbnb sends your update immediately and replaces the current content on your Airbnb listing. There's no confirmation step and no in-app undo, so review your content carefully before you click.
Log in to your Rankbreeze account. You'll land on the My Properties page.
Click Optimization on the listing you want to update. This opens the Optimization Hub.
Go to AI Listing Writer, or Photo Optimizer.
Review the suggestion. For titles, descriptions, and captions, make any edits you'd like.
Click Push to Airbnb.
Success! You'll see a green checkmark with a timestamp and the message "Update sent to Airbnb." Your listing will show the change shortly.
Things to Know
Pushes overwrite your current Airbnb content and can't be undone in Rankbreeze.
Descriptions are pushed in English only.
Pricing changes aren't supported yet, but they're coming soon.
Every push is logged in Push History (listing page → Settings → Push History).
Troubleshooting
Don't worry. A failed push doesn't change anything on your Airbnb listing. Here's what each error message means and how to fix it:
Your Airbnb account needs to be reconnected. Your Airbnb connection has expired. Reconnect your Airbnb account in Rankbreeze, then try the push again.
Airbnb listing ownership could not be verified. Rankbreeze couldn't confirm that the connected Airbnb account owns this listing. Check that you're connected with the right Airbnb account.
Suggestion changed after this update was queued. The suggestion was updated after you clicked Push to Airbnb, so Rankbreeze stopped the push to avoid sending outdated content. Review the latest suggestion and push again.
Airbnb rejected the listing update. Airbnb didn't accept the change on its end. Review your content and try again, or contact support if it keeps happening.

Photo order isn't editable before pushing: a photo order push will match your listing's photo order with what's shown in Rankbreeze.
The Optimization Report doesn't support editing before pushing.

No. There's currently no in-app undo, and each push replaces your existing Airbnb content. You can find a record of every Rankbreeze push on the Push History page: open your listing page, click Settings, then select Push History.
