Rankbreeze creates your competitor set automatically within 24 hours of adding your listing. If your Airbnb account is connected, it'll pull the listings Airbnb compares you against. If not, Rankbreeze selects comparable properties using its own algorithm, matching on property type, amenities, location, guest capacity, and more.

Accessing the Competitor Page
Getting to your listing's competitor page is easy:
Access your listing from the My Properties page
Click any button (Visibility, Optimization, or Pricing)
Click the Settings icon to open Listing Settings
Select "Manage Competitors" - You're in!

If your Airbnb account is connected, we use Airbnb's Similar Listings. If not, our algorithm selects comparable properties based on type, amenities, location, and guest capacity. You can also add your preferred listings at any time.
Are my own listings suggested as competitors?

It depends on the source. For algorithm-selected listings, Rankbreeze automatically excludes any listings under the same Airbnb hosting account. For Similar Listings, the selection is controlled by Airbnb. If one of your own properties appears, you can remove it manually from your competitor set.

Absolutely! Copy/paste the listing's Airbnb URL on the Competitor's Page to add custom competitors to your set.
What does the "Manually added" tag mean?

It indicates listings you've added via their Airbnb URL or that were added before our March 2025 update.

When a listing shows "offline," the property is currently unlisted (temporarily or permanently). Simply use the "Refresh Competitors" button to find a replacement!
