Overview
The Export Data feature in Rankbreeze lets you download your listing metrics as a CSV file so you can analyze your performance data outside the platform. Whether you're tracking trends over time, building reports, or importing data into your own tools, this export gives you direct access to the numbers behind your listings.
How to Export Your Rankbreeze Listing Data as a CSV
Step 1: Open your listing settings
Open any listing you've added to Rankbreeze. Click the gear icon (Listing Settings) in the top right of the listing.
Step 2: Click Export Data
In the Listing Settings modal, click Export Data. This will open the export page at app.rankbreeze.com/listing_metrics_export.
Step 3: Select a date
In the top right of the page, use the Select date field to choose the date you want to export data for.
Export data is always one day behind the current date. Rankbreeze may still be collecting data for today, so yesterday is the most recent date available.
π‘ Tip: To build a picture of your performance over time, run the export multiple times β once per date β and combine the resulting CSV files. This lets you spot trends across days or weeks.
Step 4: Select your listings
Check the box next to each listing you want to include in the export. To select all listings at once, check the checkbox at the top of the listing column β this acts as a select all.
You can also use the search bar to filter listings by tag, city, room ID, or listing title before making your selection.
The Availability column shows how much data is available for each listing on the selected date:
Full data β all metrics are available for the selected date
Partial data β only some metrics are available, typically because your Airbnb integration was disconnected around that date. Hover over Partial data to see exactly which metrics are included and which are missing
No data β no metrics were collected for this listing on the selected date, typically because your listing was not active in Rankbreeze around that date. The Download CSV button will be grayed out for these listings
Step 5: Download your CSV
Once you have selected at least one listing, the Download CSV button will appear. Click it to download your data.
If you have selected more than 50 listings, your CSV will not download immediately. Instead, it will be emailed to you shortly after you click Download CSV.
If you selected 50 or fewer listings, your CSV will download directly to your device right from this page.
What's Included in Your Rankbreeze CSV Export
Your CSV includes one row per metric per listing for the selected date. Each row contains identifying fields β listing name, Airbnb ID, Rankbreeze ID, tags, and location β alongside the metric name, whether it applies to your listing or a similar listing, and the value.
Metrics included:
Rank (City search)
First-page impressions
Click-through rates
Views
Wishlists
Listing conversion rate
Overall conversion rate
Airbnb Occupancy
Avg. Daily Rates
Each metric is broken out for both your listing and similar listings, so you can compare your performance in context.
