How to View Per-Day Data in Rankbreeze's Property Search Metrics

See your Airbnb listing's daily 1st page impressions, click-through rate, and views with Rankbreeze's Day view in the Visibility Hub.

Overview

Monthly averages tell you what happened — but they can't tell you when. That's why Rankbreeze now gives you a Day view for three of your most important funnel metrics: 1st Page Impressions, Click-Through Rate, and Listing Views.

Instead of one flat number for the whole month, you can now zoom in on exactly how your listing performed on any given day — and see how you stack up against Similar Listings on that same day. Spot the exact dates your visibility spiked or dropped. Catch a slow weekday before it becomes a slow month. This is the kind of detail that turns "how am I doing this month?" into "what should I do next?"

How to View Per-Day Data in Rankbreeze

  1. Log in to your Rankbreeze account. You'll land on the My Properties page.

  2. Find the listing you want to review

  3. Click Visibility to open its Visibility Hub.

  4. In the Visibility Hub, go to the Property Search Metrics section, then the Booking Funnel tab, and click on one of the following metrics:

    1. 1st Page Impressions,

    2. Click-Through Rate, or

    3. Listing Views.

💡 Tip: You can also reach these metrics from the Metrics Board tab — just click More on the metric card to open its detail view.

  5. In the metric's detail view, look for the tab strip below the Last Sync date and click Day (next to Month).

  6. Use the built-in month picker to move between months and review the daily column chart and calendar view below it.

    💡 Tip:

    • Each day shows your listing's value alongside an up or down arrow indicating whether you're beating Similar Listings for that day.

    • You can navigate up to 5 months back or 6 months forward using the month picker.

    • Airbnb provides real per-day data for the next 90 days, so you can see how your listing is set to perform on specific upcoming dates — not just how it performed in the past.

⚠️ Heads up: Per-day data requires an active, connected Airbnb integration. Connect your Airbnb integration to start seeing this data.

Understanding What You're Seeing

  • Your Listing — the daily value for your own listing.

  • Similar Listings — the average daily value for comparable listings in your market, shown as a green up arrow (you're ahead) or red down arrow (you're behind).

  • Empty days — shown as a dash (–) if no data is available for that day yet.

  • Last Sync — shown at the top of the detail view, indicating when your data was last refreshed.

FAQs

What metrics can I see per-day data for in Rankbreeze?

Per-day data is available for three metrics: 1st Page Impressions, Click-Through Rate, and Listing Views. Other metrics in the Booking Funnel, like Booking Rate, Occupancy, and Revenue, are only available at the monthly level.

Where do I find per-day data in Rankbreeze?

Go to your listing's Visibility Hub, open the Property Search Metrics section, click the Booking Funnel tab, click on a supported metric, then switch to the Day tab in the detail view. You can also get there from the Metrics Board tab by clicking More on the metric card.

How far back or forward can I see daily data?

You can navigate up to 5 months in the past and up to 6 months into the future using the month picker. Airbnb provides real data for the next 90 days.

Is the daily data for future dates an estimate?

No. Airbnb supplies actual data for the next 90 days, so future dates reflect real data provided by Airbnb rather than an estimate.

Can I export the daily data to a spreadsheet?

Not at this time. There is currently no CSV export option for per-day data.

Why don't I see a Day tab on my metric card?

The Day tab only appears for 1st Page Impressions, Click-Through Rate, and Listing Views. If you're viewing a different metric, or your Airbnb integration isn't currently connected and authorized, the Day tab won't be available.
