How to Manage Property Tracking in Rankbreeze
Managing property tracking in Rankbreeze is essential for optimizing your account usage and ensuring accurate data collection. This guide explains how to mute, unmute, and delete listings, along with the implications of each action.
Muting a Listing
If you no longer wish to actively track a property but want to preserve its historical data, you can mute it. This action pauses tracking and frees up a slot for another listing.
Steps to Mute a Listing:
Log in to your Rankbreeze dashboard.
Locate the listing in your main listings list.
Hover over the far right side of the listing’s row and click the three-dot menu.
Select Mute Listing. This will pause tracking while retaining all historical data.
Unmuting or Reactivating a Listing
To resume tracking for a muted property, you can unmute it. Ensure you have an available tracking slot before proceeding.
Steps to Unmute a Listing:
Free up a tracking slot if your plan is full: - Log in to your Rankbreeze dashboard. - Find an active listing you can pause. - Click the three-dot menu on the far right of that listing and choose Mute.
Go to the Muted tab at the top of your properties list.
Locate the listing you want to reactivate.
Click the three-dot menu on that row and select Activate (or Unmute).
You can also upgrade your account in the billing portal to track more listings.
Once reactivated, daily search cycles, rank tracking, and metrics collection will resume at the next sync.
Deleting a Listing
If you no longer own a property or wish to permanently remove it from your account, you can delete it. Note that this action will erase all historical tracking data for the listing.
Steps to Delete a Listing:
Log in to your Rankbreeze dashboard.
Locate the listing in your main listings list.
Hover over the far right side of the listing’s row and click the three-dot menu.
Select Delete Listing. This will permanently remove the property and its tracking history from your account.

Muting a listing preserves historical data and frees up a tracking slot.
