Overview
The Listing Writer is a feature inside the Optimization Hub that generates an optimized title, summary, and long description for your listing. It produces specific, conversion-focused drafts based on your existing listing data, amenities, and photos.
Once generated, you can review, edit, and copy each draft directly to Airbnb or your PMS.
Why Your Listing Content Matters
Airbnb's search matches the language of your listing to what guests type. Specific, descriptive content ranks better than generic descriptions — a title like "Rooftop deck | Fire pit | Space Needle" tells the search algorithm exactly what your property offers in a way that "Cozy 2BR Centrally Located" simply doesn't.
Airbnb also personalizes what each guest sees based on your listing data. Different guests are shown different highlights, amenities, and reviews depending on what they're searching for. The more complete and accurate your content, the better the raw material the platform has to work with.
Your listing now answers guest questions directly (coming soon). Guests can ask questions on your listing page and get AI-generated answers — without ever messaging you. Vague or incomplete descriptions create gaps the AI can't fill, and gaps cost bookings.
The Listing Writer produces content built for this environment — specific, descriptive, and structured in a way that's clear to both guests and Airbnb's search.
How to Use the Listing Writer in Rankbreeze
Step 1 — Access the Listing Writer
Log in to your Rankbreeze account and go to My Properties.
Click the Optimization button for the listing you want to update.
Select Listing Writer from the left-hand menu.
Step 2 — Generate Your Description
Click Generate on the Description writer tab. The tool produces a draft for two sections:
Summary — a 500-character opener that leads with what makes your property worth booking, with bullet points that sell the feeling of staying there, and a local attraction callout.
Long description — a room-by-room walkthrough featuring your listing highlights, nearby attractions, your top guest reviews.
Review each section and click Edit to make any changes.
Click Copy to copy your content and paste it into Airbnb or your PMS — or click Edit on Airbnb to go directly to your Airbnb listing editor.
The Listing Writer generates content from your existing Airbnb data — amenities, photo captions, and listing details. If any of these are incomplete or outdated, your output may be less accurate. Review your Airbnb listing data before generating.
Step 3 — Generate Your Title
Click the Title writer tab.
Click Generate. The tool produces three title drafts — labeled Latest Draft, Draft #2, and Draft #1.
Each title contains a Hook, Amenity & Point of Interest, and is kept under Airbnb's 50-character limit.
Review your drafts and click Edit to make any changes.
Click Copy to copy your preferred title and paste it into Airbnb or your PMS — or click Edit on Airbnb to go directly to your Airbnb listing editor.
Once you've saved your updated content on Airbnb, your change will be logged automatically in A/B Testing the following day, so you can track the impact on your rankings and performance. To get it logged sooner, click the Refresh Listing Data button — the 
icon in the top right corner of your listing's page.

To sync your data sooner, simply click the purple Refresh Listing Data button
in the top right corner. Your changes will then be automatically logged in A/B Testing.

Once updated on Airbnb, click the purple Refresh Listing Data button located in the top right corner of the page to sync your latest Airbnb data with Rankbreeze.
